2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ec77 complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction. ec77 makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. If accessing ec77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and ec77 accepts no liability in connection with such access.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ec77 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Any deliberate provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each player may hold only one registered ec77 account. The creation or use of duplicate accounts, whether in the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. ec77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated bets or winnings without prior notice.
2.5 KYC Verification. ec77 may, at its discretion or as required by its operating obligations, request Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation from any registered player at any time. This may include a copy of a valid national identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ec77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your ec77 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. ec77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.4 ec77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ec77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. ec77 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to request verification before crediting funds to your ec77 account balance.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent verified deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with ec77 support. You must have completed any applicable KYC verification before a withdrawal request will be processed. ec77 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours, subject to payment channel processing times which are outside ec77's control.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed in the ec77 cashier section of your account. ec77 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with notice to players.
4.5 Chargebacks. Any attempt to reverse or chargeback a deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. ec77 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, pursue recovery of the charged-back amount, and void any winnings or bonuses associated with those funds.
5.1 ec77 may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional term shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotional terms. ec77 reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing hedged bets with the intent of meeting wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other conduct that ec77 determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers.
5.3 ec77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights accrued by players prior to such withdrawal, amendment, or suspension.
6.1 All bets placed on ec77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or betting market, as published in the ec77 sportsbook at the time of bet placement. In the event of any ambiguity, ec77's interpretation of the applicable betting rules shall be final.
6.2 Bets placed on cricket matches — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODI series, and ICC tournament games — are subject to the cricket betting rules published by ec77, including provisions for rain interruptions, player substitutions, and match abandonments.
6.3 ec77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that it determines to be manifestly erroneous, whether due to a technical error, feed error, or human error, and to refund the stake to the relevant player's account balance.
6.4 In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of acceptance. ec77 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All casino games available on ec77 — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino, table games, crash games, and game shows — are provided by third-party game studios whose Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems are independently certified for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot and table game titles are published in the ec77 game lobby.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, server error, or game software failure — ec77's logs shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Any bet that cannot be resolved due to a technical malfunction will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

10.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ec77 reserves the right to withhold any balances, bonuses, or winnings in that account pending investigation.
10.3 You may close your ec77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified real-money balance in a closed account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ec77's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
11.2 ec77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
11.3 ec77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, and events outside ec77's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
12.1 All content on the ec77 Platform — including but not limited to the ec77 name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual material — is the property of ec77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence or right to use any ec77 intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the Platform in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
13.1 ec77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an ec77 account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ec77 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ec77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
14.2 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
